Let There Be Lumii: Our Honest Review of the Biird Lumii Clitoral Suction Toy

First Impressions

Biird outdoes itself with product packaging, in our humble opinion. It comes in a sturdy, artfully designed cardboard box. Inside you you will find the Lumii toy along with a holographic round zipped storage case, charging cable, instructions and a cute sticker to boot. 

The Lumii itself is made of soft body-safe silicone, has a one touch button on the top for control and a round opening where all the magic happens. It comes in two colors, either Lilac or Mint - both are beautiful. Given the shape and the cute storage case, you could easily leave on your nightstand. 

Here’s where Lumii flutters its feathers:

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill vibration. Lumii uses air suction technology to gently stimulate the clitoris, giving that signature "how is this even possible?" sensation. It has 7 intensity levels - which, we strongly recommend you start on the lowest setting and work your way up to where you feel comfortable. When you first turn on the Lumii, you will need to hold the button for a few seconds for it to turn on the lowest setting. This is a great feature when traveling as not only is it in its own case, it won't accidentally turn on and waste the battery. We found going up to the 3rd or 4th level got the job done, and them some. To change the intensity, just push the botton at the top. Each level though was pretty whisper quiet. The Lumii is also 100% waterproof so tub time just got more exciting. It comes with a magnetic charging cable for connivence. 

User Experience

In a word? Orgasmic. The air suction is precise, gentle, and surprisingly powerful as you move up the intensity levels. It’s a unique kind of stimulation—less “buzz” and more “pulse,” which some find more orgasmic and less numbing than traditional vibes.

What we loved most is that it doesn’t overwhelm right away. It builds—slow, teasing, and intense in all the right ways. If edging is your thing, Lumii is your new best friend.

The opening of the toy where the 'suction magic happens', is small so can take a minute to get it situated in the right place. But once it has contact, oh boy!
