Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another with tracking information once it has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Economy shipping is a flat rate of $8.95. Standard shipping is $10.95 and Express 2 day is $13.95.
Free economy shipping is offered on orders over $99 (pre-tax) within the continental U.S. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please Note: depending on your order, you may receive it in separate packages if products are shipped from different warehouse locations. If this occurs, separate packages usually arrive on the same day or one or two days apart.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Some shipping methods may not be available for certain addresses (e.g., Overnight to PO Boxes).
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to become active.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We cannot reroute packages once shipped. If an incorrect address is entered and the order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping
fees.
