Cancellation and Refund Policy (U.S. Customers)

Order Cancellations
Once your order is packed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please see return policy below.

Return Policy
Due to U.S. health and safety laws, we do not accept returns on used, opened or unopened items. This includes products with tamper-evident packaging that has been unsealed. We advise that you do your research before making a purchase. We try to provide reviews on most of our items so our customers can be well informed. We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days of receipt.

To initiate a return for these cases, please contact us at info@thepinktickle.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after the return is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., damaged or wrong item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
